Returns Policy
Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In new, resalable condition
- With all original tags still attached
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or altered tags will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
Items That Don't Qualify
If a returned item does not meet the requirements above, it will not be eligible for a refund. We will notify you and may return the item to you at your expense, or, at our discretion, donate or dispose of the item if no response is received within 14 days of our notification.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at customerservice@studiobain.com with your order number to begin the return process. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, minus the $15 restocking fee. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale before purchase are not eligible for return.
